- App 版本号与系统：在菜单「关于 TianTianSpeak」面板里查看（手机版在设置里）。
- 发生了什么、你期望发生什么。
- 操作步骤：做了哪几步后出现的？每次都出现吗？
- 截图或录屏（请避开不想公开的内容）。录音和转写不会自动上传，需要排查时请你主动附上。
- App version and OS: see the About panel in the app menu (Settings on mobile).
- What happened and what you expected.
- Steps: what did you do before it appeared, and does it always happen?
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you are comfortable sharing. Recordings and transcripts are never uploaded automatically; attach them only if you want us to look.
